The 2018 emergence of Kitt Philippa (KP) with new single ‘Human’ has been championed by Mary Anne Hobbs & Tom Robinson (BBC 6 Music), Phil Taggart & Huw Stephens (BBC Radio 1), RTE 2FM, The Line of Best Fit and Nialler 9. But who is Kitt Philippa? They are human, they are searching and in music they find hope.
The second instalment is ‘Grace’ – a reductive reflection on a love most innocent, a love most true. The lyrical reflections and ruminations revel in the song’s bare arrangement while the vocal speaks truth to the fragile nature of one’s faith in affection and connection.
